1. Our commitment
ICG Funding believes the web should work for every small business owner. We design and build our site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice for ADA Title II and Title III compliance, Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and equivalent New York State requirements.
2. Conformance claim
3. Measures we have taken
We build to the four POUR principles of WCAG: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, Robust. Specific measures include:
- Semantic HTML: headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels use native elements so assistive technology can parse structure.
- Keyboard navigation: every interactive element is reachable with Tab and operable with Enter or Space. Skip-to-content links are provided on every page.
- Visible focus: focus indicators meet or exceed a 3:1 contrast ratio and are never removed by CSS.
- Color contrast: body text meets 4.5:1 contrast and large text meets 3:1.
- Text alternatives: informative images carry descriptive alt text; decorative images are marked as such.
- Responsive design: the site reflows at 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling and supports 200% zoom.
- Motion: animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
- Forms: inputs have programmatic labels, clear error messaging, and inline validation that is announced to screen readers.
- Tap targets:interactive elements are at least 44×44 pixels on touch devices.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas:
- Third-party embeds: maps, chat widgets, and analytics tools may not meet AA in all respects. We work with vendors to improve conformance and provide alternative contact methods (phone and email) for any function otherwise gated by a third party.
- PDF documents: some archived PDFs may not be fully tagged. Email accessibility@icg-funding.com to request an accessible version.
- Future video content: we will provide captions and transcripts for any video we publish.
We are actively working to remediate these items as part of our ongoing review process.
5. How to report a barrier
If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it.
- Email: accessibility@icg-funding.com (subject line: “Accessibility”)
- Phone: (646) 813-4633
- Mail: Infinite Capital Group, Attn: Accessibility, 1315 Ave J, Brooklyn, NY 11230
Please include the web address, a description of the issue, the browser and assistive technology you are using, and what you were trying to do. We aim to respond within five business days.
6. Ongoing review
We audit the site against WCAG 2.2 AA during development and before significant design or platform changes. We test keyboard-only navigation and review semantic structure on major releases. Known barriers are triaged by severity and tracked to resolution.
7. Formal complaints
If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, under the Americans with Disabilities Act. State and local accessibility agencies may also accept complaints.
