Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-04-16
What this means
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your name, contact details, financial information, application data, or any other personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
- We do not allow advertising networks to use your information to target you with ads across unrelated sites based on your activity on ours.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out, even though we already do not sell or share.
What we do with your information
We use your information to evaluate your application, service approved funding, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve our services.
When your file is better suited to a capital or lending partner, we share only the information needed for them to evaluate your application, and we identify that partner to you before any transfer occurs. This sharing is authorized by you during the application process and is done to help you find the best available offer. It is not a “sale” or “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.
The full disclosure is in our Privacy Policy and our CCPA Notice.
