1. Scope and GLBA carve-out
This notice applies to personal information about California residents that ICG Funding collects through our website, marketing, and advertising. Personal information collected solely to evaluate and service a funding application is governed by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and is exempt from most CCPA requirements under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.145(e). Our Privacy Policy covers both.
2. Categories of personal information
In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information about California residents:

3. Sources of information
- Directly from you (application, calls, emails).
- Automatically through cookies, analytics, and server logs.
- From credit bureaus, bank-statement verification services, KYC providers, and fraud networks.
- From public records (Secretary of State, UCC, court records).
- From advertising partners (campaign-attribution data).
4. Business and commercial purposes
- Providing, marketing, and improving our funding products.
- Evaluating applications and servicing approved funding.
- Fraud prevention, identity verification, and compliance with law.
- Measuring the effectiveness of our advertising and communications.
- Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
5. Disclosures to third parties
In the last 12 months we disclosed personal information to:
- Service providers (cloud hosting, document storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processing).
- Credit bureaus and verification services.
- Funding partners with your authorization.
- Advertising partners for measurement and attribution, only with your consent.
- Government agencies and law enforcement when legally required.
6. Sensitive personal information
Sensitive personal information (SPI) we may collect includes Social Security Number, driver's license number, precise financial-account information, and, in limited cases, racial or ethnic origin when voluntarily provided. We use SPI only for the purposes permitted by the CCPA without a separate opt-in. Primarily to evaluate your application, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with law. You have the right to limit how we use SPI beyond these purposes (see Section 8).
8. Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, including categories, sources, purposes, and recipients, for up to the past 12 months (or longer when the 2026 regulations apply).
- Access / receive a copy of specific pieces of information in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information, including health data.
- Delete information, subject to exceptions for information we must keep (for example, to complete a transaction, detect fraud, or comply with law).
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do neither, so this right is confirmed rather than exercised.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information to the purposes listed in Section 6.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
9. Global Privacy Control
We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. When we receive a GPC signal, we treat the browser and linked accounts as opted out. Because we do not sell or share personal information, this is already our default posture for all visitors.
10. How to exercise your rights

We will verify your identity using information already in our records before we act on your request. We respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days with notice).
11. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will ask the agent to provide written authorization signed by you, verify the agent's identity, and confirm directly with you that you authorized the request.
12. Non-discrimination
We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a CCPA right. We may offer a financial incentive (for example, a pricing concession) reasonably related to the value of the information, and we will describe any incentive in advance.
